A few good notes to make your visit more enjoyable...

 IMPORTANT: You are responsible for advising your skin care specialist if you are using any treatments conflicting with your service.

Massage Appointments: Gender preference must be requested at the time of booking. For females receiving massage, please inform us if you're with child and how far along you are: we cannot perform massages in first trimester.

 Gift Certificates: Gift certificates must be presented in good condition upon arrival. Certificate number will be required to book appointments; appointments, products, and services provided using a gift certificate are subject to availability.

 Children: Children receiving a spa service (no age limit on hair) must be at least 10 years old (unless discussed and permitted by a staff member), accompanied by their parent/guardian, and given written permission on a consent form if under the age of 18. All children are expected to be on their best behavior and may not be left unattended.

 Check In: Gift certificates, discounted vouchers, and coupons must be redeemed at the front desk before services are rendered. You may have it printed or available on your mobile device to show the front desk.

 Timing: Your time is important to us, so please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time for check in. We cannot guarantee all requested services or full times expected for arriving at the scheduled time or late arrival. If you know you will arrive late, please call 904-389-2554 to inform the staff. If we have not heard from you and you have not arrived by 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no show and you will be subject to the cancellation penalty below without notice, and you may be required to prepay to reschedule.

Gratuity: Our service providers appreciate any amount of gratuity, however, there will be a 18% gratuity added for Parties of 3 or more recipients. All other Services and Packages do not include gratuity. As a guideline, most clients tip from 15-25%.

Payments:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Elite Salon & Day Spa Gift Certificates and cash.

Prepaid Reservation: All spa packages or custom packages (three or more services that each originally cost $29 or more) must be prepaid at the time of booking. All services may be required to pay at minimum a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve an appointment; the deposit will come off your owed balance. The remaining balances are required 0-14 days prior to the appointment date, depending on how far in advance the appointment is booked. 

Refunds: For refunds, please call to speak with a manager. Please note, refunds are subject to approval and, therefore, are not guaranteed. Gift certificates are transferable.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: While we realize that emergencies may occur, there will be a charge of 100% of the scheduled service for less than 24 hours (per person) notice of cancellation or rescheduling (unless otherwise specified). This enables your service provider to receive his/her commission for loss of time. This policy also applies to clients with appointments using any of the following: gift certificate, coupon, discounted voucher, and an account balance. Payments will be redeemed/forfeited 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time without notice if you do not call in advance. These appointments with payments that are forfeited for no show appointments will require additional fees be paid to be rescheduled. Late cancellations and no shows for Medical Spa appointments (Botox, Filler, etc.) are subject to a $30 fee that will be paid at your next appointment.
